moms plz ans my doc suggested me calcium twice and iron once in a day at the time of delivery now my baby is 4 months old should I continue the same tablets or do I need to change them ?
My doctor suggested to stop iron supplements after 3months but continue 500mg of calcium twice a day till breast feeding the baby.
