hello dear moms! my son is 1 year and a half and I haven't faced much of hairfall problem.. I began massaging my scalp and head with coconut oil often and it has helped me alot in reducing hairfall.... maybe you can try this not only with coconut oil but whatever oil is ok for your hair.

Newly moms should take hygienic food (green leaves, fruits &vegetables)And also take calcium & iron tablets for 6months.proper exercise or yoga will help to reduce the stress.proper sleep .This will help to control hair fall.

I am a mother of a 5 month old baby. The main reason for hairfall post delivery is hormonal imbalance. The first and the most important task to do to control hair fall is continue the calcium and iron tablet until your baby stops breastfeeding.

The other thing that I am doing to control my hair fall is to apply flax seed gel on your hair. Boil flax seed in water until the consistency of the water becomes like egg white. Then drain the gel into a bottle using a cotton cloth. Add 2 teaspoons of coconut oil to the gel and apply it onto the scalp and gradually till the end of your hair. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash it with a mild shampoo. I would suggest Biotique green apple shampoo. It had a worked for me. My hair fall has reduced drastically.

use ayurvedic medicine named KAAYFAL with ghee. kaayfal form in powder mix with ghee and apply on scalp only 4 or 5 tyms in 15 days .it will help u .i assure u..beacause i also used it only four tym and my hairs are on my head not in my comb
