Another option who have little time but looking for healthier breakfast is multigrain bread sandwich with egg.

1. Have a home made nut and seed powder , can be added to smoothies
2. for regular breakfast such as idly dosa, grated veggies such as carrot beetroot can be added
3. sandwich with simple cheese/butter and just one or two grated veggies is a great option
4. do not give readymade prepacked baby foods such as cerelac. some options like organic wheat / oats cookies are ok
