Steam cooked Idli made from rice and lentils rich in glucose makes us energetic, and vegetables curry - the perfect breakfast to start our day. Another option who have little time but looking for healthier breakfast is multigrain bread sandwich with egg. These are the dishes in my routine meal. STAY FIT AND STAY HEALTHY

1. Have a home made nut and seed powder , can be added to smoothies 2. for regular breakfast such as idly dosa, grated veggies such as carrot beetroot can be added 3. sandwich with simple cheese/butter and just one or two grated veggies is a great option 4. do not give readymade prepacked baby foods such as cerelac. some options like organic wheat / oats cookies are ok
wat u add in nuts and seeds powder
