these days being ambitious.. most of the women are getting late marriage and having late pregnancies with complications.. being nuclear families and with age above 35yrs it's being very difficult to take care of baby and herself alone.. forget about society.. body shaming is done by our own family members including husband parents and inlaws... it is so painful to take care of the child and listen to these kind of comments daily. everyone in the family does timepass with the kid after I make her completely ready with feed bath and makeover.. and they start passing on comments looking at me as I will be tired doing all the work alone including cooking and household chores and managing maids. feel very frustrated listening all this and finally they suggest me why dont u start walking and exercising and dieting... where I dont get time to sleep nor eat at proper time as I am 24hrs busy with the baby.. hell it is!!!!

It's actually disheartening to see women disgracing and taunting other women who've gained weight post pregnancy. This sickening attitude needs to be changed as we all know that during those nine months, we undergo a lot many physical, mental and emotional changes which are all correlated. If women started just looking at the physical aspect of the body, then we won't have 'mothers' anymore!
Accepting the process of change is a bold step; it doesn't matter if you've gained or lost weight during pregnancy, you just need to be fit and fine to take on the challenges of motherhood. So, just let's be humane and uplift each other.
unfortunately it's all women from whom the criticism comes mostly. even those who hv been mothers themselves yet leave no stones unturned to humiliate U to somehow prove their superiority !
