“At some time between the ages of 15 and 18 months, your toddler is likely to drop the morning nap. The one in the middle of the day and the afternoon nap is going to be enough. Make sure his naps dont happen too late in the afternoon or he might stay up at night! You may have to cut short any afternoon naps that last too long during that period of time. If your child is staying up late, start to plan a schedule leading to bedtime. Feed him, plan a quiet activity like listening to calming music, reading to him or cuddling, to build an association with night time and sleep. “
