If your 15-month-old has started to whine or cry often, it is most likely to get your attention when he doesn’t have it! When your child is being loud or whiny, kneel down to his level and tell him he needs to be told to stop. Try saying, “I cannot understand when you talk like that. Tell me what you want and I’ll help.” We know, parenting is a tough job but when you get those cuddles and kisses, it makes it all worth it!
