Mango Lassi – A Weight-gaining Healthy Drink to Beat the Heat

Every mother is concerned about her baby’s diet. She will give baby food and will also think about what she can give next. If the baby doesn’t gain adequate weight then that too is a big concern.

Here I will tell you one such health drink, Mango lassi which doesn’t require much efforts and ingredients. It is really good for kids and very easy to make as well.

Ingredients:

-1 Mango
– 1 cup curd
– 1/2 tbs sugar
– Dry fruit powder or finely chopped dry fruits (According to the baby’s ability to chew)

How to Make:

-Start with chopping mangoes. Chop it in small pieces. Add curd in it. Add 1/4 cup of water to keep the consistency smooth.
– Add sugar as per taste in the mix and add dry fruit powder as well.
– Now finely blend the mix with a blender or use a mixer for just a few seconds.
-> You can keep it in the freezer for some time to make cool lassi.

Now the lassi is ready to be served and gobbled by your little one as well as elder ones.
This healthy drink is really easy to make. If your kid is five years or above, you can even ask him or her to help you out in making this summer delicacy.

This drink is nutritious as curd is included in it. It is rich in protein. This mango and curd mix will help your baby to gain weight and you will be relaxed as it will soothe your child’s taste buds. You can keep the consistency according to your taste.
