Hey, I am writing here to share something related to every wannabe mother. So, my story begins here. I was working, but now I am a happy housewife. A couple of years ago, after four years of marriage, my husband and I started planning for a baby, I came to know that I have PCOD syndrome, which is very common nowadays. So, initially, my doctor helped me with regularising my periods. It took around eight months for that, and the day I stopped taking the medication, I conceived within a month. Sounds great, right? But I’m not that lucky. I suffered a miscarriage in the third month. My first miscarriage. It was very painful, unacceptable and disheartening. The doctor suggested rest for three months, but I conceived the very next month, and again, there was happiness in our lives. This time I took utmost care and rest, but again, I lost my baby in the eighth month and I had a normal delivery knowing my baby is dead inside. That was the toughest phase of my life. I started working again to recover from the past. I took another year to conceive again and I conceived too, but again destiny had something else in store for me, and I suffered another miscarriage in the second month. With three miscarriages, at a certain point, we thought of IVF too. The most baffling part was that I was conceiving, but no one knew the reasons for my miscarriages. I consulted almost every good doctor possible for pregnancy. Three months later, I conceived again, and guess what, the doctor told me I have twins! This time, I was on complete bed rest and took extra care. I successfully delivered twins in the 34th week and now they are one and a half years old. The moral of my story is to never give up on something you really want.
