You are requested to suggest diet I.e nutrition for my daughter.

A. such a age can eat anything ok.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's okAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. Hello dear parent, for 2.6 years old child, you can give almost everything to your child that you prepare for your family members, Give roti dipped in curried vegetables. Also give rice rajmah, chhole, non veg also if you are non vegetarian . Give supplements also like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only,
