yesterday we put 3 and half month vaccination for my baby and give paracetamol syrup for every 6 hour onces she is motioning 6 time a day and her motion is darkyellow in colour motion is medicine smell coming why

A. after vaccine if there is fever then you should give paracetamol drops.. after vaccine there will be side effects as swelling pain in the vaccine area rub ice cubes to reduce swelling.. if the motion consistency is fine then 5-6times motion is normal
