yesterday my baby had 45th day vaccination today she make grunt sounds and stretch her body I think she is in body pain and her body temp is 99.7 f is he have fever? can I give 8 drops of paracetamol?

A. it is okf kr twh bany. No need to worry for same as it is normal for babies at this time but if you feel then can consult a near by doctor for examination of baby and Medicine if any required after the examination .
