ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. Better consult the doctor once to see if the cut is deep and requires any treatment. Usually it will heal all by itself. But it will be painful for the baby

Hello ma’am Maybe when your child is opening the mouth wide open which is why the blood is coming but if your child is not showing any sign of discomfort than that is absolutely fine there is nothing to be worried about and there is no need to consult your paediatrician also. But if blood keeps coming every time you feed then it would be better to consult your paediatrician otherwise I don’t think so if your child is fine there is any need
