yesterday I took covid vaccine. I didn't get fever. only having headache. do I need to worry. what are the food to take

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. no need to worry some people may not get fever you can take normal diet For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o .
