yesterday I received maybelline colossal mascara without any cover. Is it OK to shipped cosmetic without any cover or proper packaging?

A. no ,you never know it might have been used by someone else or a returned product

Of course not this is really improper it should have been packed into a proper cartridge you don’t like this paper what is the brown paper one that usually comes with delivery if you are having or facing any problem with the product that you have used or that you have ordered them kindly connect with the concerned department and put a complain to them
