Yesterday I given 1.5 month vaccine to my baby. From Night he have temperature up to 100.9 after giving paracetomol it down to 100 only not to normal range. What to do??

A. See after every vaccination the fever is bound to come in it stays for almost 48 hours you are advised to repeat paracetamol every six hours and if the fever does not subside maximum by 72 hours then you can consult consult your doctor prior to that it is normal
