Q.

yesterday I feed my daughter a tbsp of mashed potato she is 6 months old but from yesterday she can't do potty even for a single time...is it normal?

A. okay no problem cc sConstipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

A. Hello good morning !! Yes it's common to constipate after introducing solid foods, don't worry check suitability by feeding for two days small quantity if no motions, allergy, rashes, reddishness then you can continue, similarly introduce other fruits and vegetables. Generally mashed banana, papaya, chikoo puriee, steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, Apple, dal water, cerelac are suggested in initial months..
