yesterday dog bite my baby dr.vaccinated him after one hour but he feels fever can we give any medicine

A. You can give paracetamol for fever and if your doctor had told you that fever will come then they would advise you our medicine is going to be more appropriate to be given to paracetamol works best for the fever
