Q.

yesterday a ltr full water bottle fell in my daughter leg when she was playing but today i saw her foot was swollen nd her nail has became black what shall i do

A. Elevate leg Apply ice pack intermittently consult Paediatrician to rule out sprain or fracture

A. apply warm mustard oil in the nail or dip in mustard oil it will get better.
