What is your query that’s not clear to me are you suggesting something or asking something that is also not clear because this platform is for parents to post their questions whatever they would ask and we can help you accordingly a child can have first teeth between the age of 3 to 17 months and yes later the teeth can come of course the teeth are going to come eventually but the delay could be associated due to multiple reason
