ExpertShyamala SathiaseelanLactation Educator and Counselor5 years agoA. Dear Mamma, Cerelac ek dum processed hai aur usme Der saara chemicals and sugars ai Jo baby ke liye achcha Nahin hai. Please offer fruits and varied healthy nutritious well balanced home cooked meal without maida salt sugar honey and chili. At six months completion please start with just one meal. Increase by one meal each month and a half till you reach three meals and two snacks.
