Q.

ya she is having fever and stomach infection v consulted docter but i feel that because of mother milk she is feeling vomiting like that and some times I feel some smell in my milk

A. hi no it is not caused by breastmilk. please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs,it contains probiotics which help maintain good bacteria in intestine. provide other natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc also . offer light food like khichdi curd rice with roasted jeera powder, upma , fruits etc. but please don't force feed or overfeed your child. keep your child well hydrated maintain good hygiene
