y son in s 4 year 2 months old, he is having fever , sometime at night with chiils, suggest some medicines

A. You can give paracetamol to the child for fever and this medicine can be repeated maximum 4 times per day. It is given according to the weight of the child and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever Important to do body sponge fand give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration and decrease body temperatured. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever Higher medicines for fever is required or not will be told by the doctor

A. Crown Can be given to the child according to the weight of the child but if it is happening every night then it’s a matter of concern that needs to be examined by your doctor instead of continuing with the medicines From your own side please consult your doctor
