AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine bc12 to the baby. Also rub baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please also give ajwain ark to the baby. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal. Thanks and take care
