y do babies sweat during sleep? even after proper feeding? till what age it is common? or what are symptoms to worry about?

usually , sweating is normal.
but if a child feel discomfort like breathing or sleeping or feeding difficulty , dazzineess ,low appetite because of it then you should consult your pediatrician.
