Y daughter is 6 year old she often says her legs are hurts aft some walk or standing or playing or seating I don’t understand y her legs hurts so much

A. it's due to growth pains give pcm of the pain is more Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area
