y a 1 yrb3 months baby poop after each feed ( milk and rice ). daily 4 to 5 times? how to stop this?

A. My child is having a little bit of indigestion issues which can be very commonly seen with small kids so you can just check with the doctor to give a medicine which is going to help in regulating the digestion of the child and after that this problem will not happen
