Diet rich in fruits, vegetables, milk, paneer, dry fruits, eggs, oats, ragi
Low intake of biscuits, bread, chips, junk
Vit c rich food like orange, amla, lemon sweet lime, gauva
All these will help to boost the immunity
Also wearing mask when outside, avoiding crowded place is important

Include fruits and vegetables in the diet. Give them freshly cut salads, large batches of soups and stews. Add foods that are rich in vitamins C like citrus fruits, foods rich in zinc, like whole grains, baked beans, and nuts in the diet.
