At least two hours before your child goes to sleep because my child is actively playing and all the food is going to get digested and maximum if your child feels hungry even after that till half an hour before the sleeping time you can feel little bit of milk to the child distance haudu stomach of your child is going to be full for a longer duration will help the child in sleeping for an constantly for a long time
