A. Hello dear parent! Some teething symptoms can lead to fever as your baby gets tired and irritable. Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene. If the fever persists then consult your doctor for further advice.
