whydoc recommend D3 vitamin?

A. Babies are commonly deficient in calcium and vit D3 , along with iron too. So at birth, pediatricians do recommend iron , calcium and vit D3 drops. Do continue it for few months , it will be beneficial for baby's growth and development.
