why three years baby having fever for past 2days not more than 101 degree only body and head is only heat hand and leg not heat but baby is active

A. Continue with the medicine for one more day if the fever doesn’t subside totally by completing the time of 72 hours then in that case you may need to visit your doctor for further assistance and they will guide you ahead of whatever the situation is there
