Why there is white patches in my baby’s leg ? She is 3 years old. What kind of patches is this?

A Lot of times and kids scratch their legs because of a mosquito by these kind of patches can be seen that is one reason that I can tell you apart from that it could be due to some allergy or infection as well so you get a check with your doctor you’ll be more sure about
