there are many different reasons like Large anecdots , prolonged exposure to screen, nutritional deficiency etc which causes it.
please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your child well hydrated
please avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age
make sure your child takes enough sleep.
maintain good hygiene
