why the baby is motion 4/5 times per day

A. it is important to confirm whether it is normal stool or the child is suffering from a loose motions / diarrhea.
if there is change in consistency to watery end of frequency of stool passage is increased then it is loose motion.
give ors for every episode of loose motion. and do not give any sugar food as well as dot not give any milk product (can give curd and butter milk)
give sachet econorm twice daily. mix in 10ml water and give.
if there is no improvement then please make your doctor in two days t

A. It’s a normal number of motion per day for a child so there is no reason to ask to why your child is having 4 to 5 motions per day as a lot of kids can have it 4 to 5 times per day or maybe little more than that depending from child to child but this does not seem like a problem
