why some pediatrician recommend to give cow milk after completing six months.. Even though,, overall internet it is said to not introduce before 12 months..

Not give before one year as baby’s digestive system is still developing
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
