why small kids like 3 yrs old have horizontal lines in their neck like 2 or 3 rings

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. layers of fat on neck are prone to sweating. also the foods we feed also get stuck here which is difficult to clean. keep it clean with wet , soft cloth from time to time. avoid tight clothing around neck area. also do not wear any jewellery in baby's neck.
