Q.

why pediatrician suggest no salt for infants , as I've grown up hearing table salt has iodine which is good for brain development

A. hi. only iodised salt having iodine. giving additional salt in infants meals can cause over burden tp developing kidneys i of infants, hence it is avoided till 1 year of age.
