DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and she is getting white spots on her tummy and back so don’t worry mostly it is a dyschromic spots just give her Zincovit 6 drops two times a day

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in case there are any dots,rashes or patches over the body of your baby they may be of red or white colour they may indicate some kind of infection, allergy or any other pathological process which needs to be clinically examined before advising any treatment it wiwill be better if you visit your doctor for this.
