why my son's temp is raising in the evening to 99.8 till I give him crocin, after that his temperature is normal for whole night and day, again it is repeating in the evening after 6pm... he is 4 years old and from last 3days it is same... ?

A. repeatedly fever aa rha hai after 6 pm need a thorough chk up and then accordingly treatment keep baby well hydrated as water helps in maintaining body temperature...
