Why my son fever is on and off he has more fever on Tuesday after paracetamol he recovered and he had vomiting and loose stools severe we consulted doctor but fever is on and off loose motion is ok and vomit is ok

A. Teething could be happening which can lead to fever and lose motion but it just to be on the safer side if you’re open to it I would recommend you to get a stool culture test done for your child with which you have a better understanding of the situation
