why my child breathing faster without any cold cough or fever, I think she is restless and breathing quietly faster than normal.what could be the reason

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advis heable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
