Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same timef the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which fis affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello this could just be a phase and just make sure the child is tummy full and few days the child would-be ok and some times dear can also be the cause so try to sleep closely to your child which would be better and also safe too so the child will sleep well
