why my baby urine smell like adult urine smell then she sleep continuously 6 hours without urine passing is this ok

A lot of times it has been seen when the child is sleeping they don’t pass during for sometime or some duration or for as long as they are sleeping but they pass during when they wake up so currently with what you’re mentioning is very normal and if the smell of the urine is very disturbing and then consult your doctor once
