why my baby's weight is not increasing. she is 3 yrs and 10kg now. she is not anaemia too when we check with doctors. what could be the reason?

Is your child suffering with an issue of indigestion or constipation because these can definitely be one big reason where the child doesn’t eat well or doesn’t gain weight sometimes it could be due to nutritional deficiency of vitamins and other things and sometimes it could just be you know like low growth status where the child doesn’t eat well they don’t gain well so you can ask your doctor start with the syrup which is going to help in activating the appetite of your child
