why my baby's tongue is black, infact I didn't on't give any iron drops.. what's the problem?

A. Maybe you are not cleaning the tongue properly that is why this is happening take a silicon tongue cleaner and whenever you are giving a bath to the child clean it properly and if you want you can use any toothpaste which is completely fluoride free that’s going to help
