Hello ma’am Maybe your child is having a dry skin which is why your childs palms r dryer that could be the only reason as I can think of so I’m just going to advise you to please consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same for a proper check up as after checkup only you can come to know what’s the reason behind it and how do you need to deal with it
