DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he use to grunt while he is sleeping so mostly gas troubles distension of intestinal loop causing pain leading the grunting

And also check his sleeping poisition it is comfortable or not. Thank
