why my baby makes lot of sound during sleep? is it serious?

A. hello I actually what kind of sound if it is like some kind of snoring or blocked nose it might be due to the blocked nose just make sure as a breastfeeding mother when you take care of yourself taking food intake of food and feed your baby exclusively
