Why my baby is not gaining weight? She is about to be 4 months old and only weighs 4.20kg ,she is purely on mother milk , people say give her ghutti she will gain weight is it safe for her age ?

A. ghutti not safe, feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed. may consult paedriatician in person. tc.
