Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child.
many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritioous food.
so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child.
At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.
Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

If she still refuses, don't force or pressure her to eat, and don't be tempted to give her junk food instead. Be calm and accepting. Give your child positive attention when she does eat, but don't make it a problem when she doesn't eat. Just take the food away, cover it, and offer it to her again a bit later.
